Proficiency!

So the last post about NESA was in July it is now October (finishing). I have only just started to think about writing my first piece of annotation. I still have to look for evidences for this annotation. I admit, I didn’t know where to get started until my supervisor came and put me on the right track. She is coming again on Friday and I have to have a few more annotations ready by then 😥

Now that I am under pressure (did I mention I work well under pressure?) I have begun to identify the descriptors of the 7 standards and can fit them nicely into how I want to bring it together (2-4 descriptors per annotation ). Here is to hoping I am able to finish an annotation by tonight.

Update: I didn’t.

Did I also mention we were spot checked and are preparing full force for AnR? fingers crossed for exceeding across all for a first time assessed and rated centre. We are a great team and bursting with positivity.
